The customer satisfaction approach starts from the moment the machine starts working in the field and maintains its continuity as long as the customer continues to use the machine. The most important goal is to ensure that the customer can continue to use the machine without any problems.
In this context, customer visits are made at regular intervals and the customer is listened to. If there are complaints received, urgent solutions are created for them. The machine status is checked. If there are any defects or user errors detected, they are notified to the customer. Action is taken urgently for what needs to be done. If necessary, the operator is retrained. All these transactions are necessarily recorded. In addition, promotional small gifts are presented to the operators during these visits.
The improvement needs identified during these visits are reported to the Betonstar Production Directorate and the improvements to be made are followed up.
