In addition to the improvement needs conveyed to the production directorate, the R&D department also publishes some changes in the design from time to time. This is the procedure for making changes to the machine.
Depending on the type of improvement specified, it is first decided where this process will be done. Then the customer is contacted to explain the action to be taken and the reason. An appointment is made with the customer for the day or days when the machine will be available. On the specified day, our technician is either sent to the customer site or the machine is called to the factory site.
After the improvement process is completed, the necessary tests are carried out and the service report is issued, and the transaction is recorded. These procedures are applied to all machines whose warranty period continues or has expired.
